Brandy, wasn't my original agent. She had stepped in to help. She met my spouse and I outside as we pulled up. From the beging she made us feel like we mattered. I asked that we deal only with her as my disabilities it tough to handle too many people. She helped me with the loan officer and Amy one else I had trouble dealing with. She showed us about 15 to 20 properties. Bid on 2 of them. The second bid was our home we have now. Thanks to her negotiation skills we were able to secure a wonderful home. Every day during this selling process she checked on us to see how we were and how we were feeling which felt very reassuring when selling in a hectic market. Fast forward to when I was ready to sell. Please note this was my first home purchase. Brandy was absolutely professional, informative and communicative through the whole process. The most important part is that she was not pushy like some realtors can be. She was always available and never hid anything. I will definitely use her when I am ready to buy again.
